FedEx Equipment Familiarization
FedEx Ground is making the Skillsoft Equipment Familiarization Videos and Test a mandatory requirement for all active drivers. Any driver who has already completed the Skillsoft test during their on-boarding process will not be required to do so again, but any driver currently qualified within the FedEx system will need to complete the test with a passing score. A new road test is NOT required. After the twelve question test is completed please send a message to Dispatch.
